Invisalign is a revolution in orthodontic dentistry. This system is virtually invisible, removable, has no age limit and corrects the alignment of the teeth without needing conventional fixed brackets - "train tracks".

A range of clear aligners are computer generated to gradually move your teeth into their desired position. These aligners are worn 24 hours a day, except for eating and brushing, and are changed every two weeks.

Invisalign is suitable for minor to fairly complex crowded or misaligned teeth and is especially appropriate for adults who need a discreet solution to wear in the work place.

There are three different types of treatment:

1. If the problem is relatively minor and could be fixed within a maximum of 14 weeks (7 sets of retainers), it is called “i7”.
2. If the problem is moderate but could be corrected within 6 months (14 aligners), it is called “Lite”. 
3. If the problem needs more time or aligners to fix it is called a full treatment.
